Dear colleagues having read with attention the collaboration of the gentleman To Dupla, I feel in the obligation to make the following explanation to its paragraph "On the other hand, the republican system in himself, in relation to the headquarters of the State, is not guarantee of anything and to thus they demonstrate States it of doubtless pedigree repressive and authoritarian at certain moments, like the Latin American republics in years 70...". At least in the Argentine case, it is necessary to clarify that the dictatorship established in 1976 placed over the National Constitution, in which the system of representative government is devoted, republican, federal, its own statutes, is to say those of the call "Process of National Reorganization". These, therefore, suspended and/or contradicted this constitution, thus I consider that it is not possible to call republican to this regime, that had put between parenthesis any regulation established in the Article of incorporation. Estimados colegas habiendo leído con atención la colaboración del señor A. Dupla, me siento en la obligación de realizar la siguiente aclaración a su párrafo "Por otra parte, el sistema republicano en sí, en relación con la jefatura del Estado, no es garantía de nada y así lo demuestran Estados de indudable pedigree represivo y autoritario en determinados momentos, como las repúblicas latinoamericanas en los años 70..." Por lo menos en el caso argentino, hay que aclarar que la dictadura establecida en el año 1976 colocaba por encima de la Constitución Nacional, en la cual se consagra el sistema de gobierno representativo, republicano, federal, sus propios estatutos, es decir los del llamado "Proceso de Reorganización Nacional". Estos, por lo tanto, suspendían y/o contradecían dicha constitución, por lo cual considero que no es posible llamar republicano a dicho régimen, que había puesto entre paréntesis cualquier reglamentación establecida en la Carta Orgánica. En cuanto a los demás países de la región, desconozco el accionar que, con respecto a ese tema en particular, tuvieron sus respectivas juntas militares. Gracias por permitirme expresar mi opinión.
