Dear Carlos: by the sight the Latin American presence has had resonance in the Congress. I answer some of the questions that you did in your interrogation. The paper of the Latin historiadoradores in HaD II I am made at a double level: by a side an important number of historians and by others had participation in temás more debated of the congress.
The Latin historiografías contribute to the international historiography a way to focus history from their own circumstance. I believe that it does not correspond to speak of historiografías of the peripheries and the center. At the present time the methods have been unified, however the problematic ones are different in each continent and to the Latin American it corresponds to contribute a vision to him from his historical space.
The theory of the applied dependency to international community of historians, does not have international use, which does not mean to deny that in some communities, specially of other continents, still it practices. The great personalities in the historiography orient in some opportunities the historiográfico work and him imprimern a turn.
