Dear Georg,

Thank you very much for your quick reply. We are happy to hear that you wish to help us.

We are a group of needy people. We are living in Kaluga City. It is located 200 kilometers south from Moscow City. We already for a year and a half do not receive our salary. Our parents, pensioners and invalids do not receive pensions. Unfortunately, it is policy of our government. Most people forced to hand over blood to buy necessary for live food-stuffs in order do not die from hunger.

It will be a happy for our children when your package arrives here. We hope very much that it arrives here until the Christmas. You can send a package at your local post office by air mail or Express mail (EMS). According to the information we have received from our local post office, delivery of parcels from your country to Russia takes approx. 15 days. Please note on the customs declaration that you are sending food and old clothes and the value of your parcel is not more than 10 US$. In this case we will not be forced to pay customs duties which are the most highest in our country.
