El Palacio de Congresos y Exposiciones de Galicia, ubicado en Santiago de
Compostela, dio albergue a profesionales de la Historia, provenientes de países
y culturas de todo el mundo. Síntoma más que evidente de la
interconectabilidad que se abre paso también en el campo de las Humanidades.
Frente al marcado signo eurocéntrico del anterior encuentro, en el que las
historiografías británica y francesa, junto con alguna de las mediterráneas
captaron el máximo grado de protagonismo, las de China, Australia, la India,
Cuba, Argentina, Noruega, o Brasil… constituyeron las procedencias de algunos
de los participantes en esta edición. Además, HAD ha tenido la suerte de
contar con una muestra importante, en cantidad y en calidad, de representantes
de las historiografías latinoamericanas. Esta singularidad constituye una
quiebra enriquecedora, esperemos que definitiva dentro de la tradición de
nuestra historiografía española por nutrirse de lecturas cercanas, casi
siempre europeas.

The Palace of Congresses and Exhibitions of Galicia, located in Santiago de
Compostela, gave to shelter to professionals of the History, originating of
countries and cultures worldwide. Symptom more than evident of the
interconectabilidad that also breaks through in the field of the Humanities. As
opposed to the marked eurocéntrico sign of the previous encounter, in which the
historiografías British and French, along with some of the Mediterranean ones
caught the maximum degree of protagonism, those of China, Australia, India,
Cuba, Argentina, Norway, or Brazil... constituted the origins of some of the
participants in this editing. In addition, HAD has had the luck to count on an
important sample, in amount and quality, of representatives of the Latin
American historiografías. This singularity constitutes an enriching bankruptcy,
we hope that definitive within the tradition of our Spanish historiography to
nourish itself of near readings, almost always European.

Dear Colleagues,
Please excuse us for any inconveniences we could cause you by our message. As you know, now Russia has a deep financial and economic crisis. We already for some months do not receive our salary. Our parents and invalids also do not receive pensions and forced to hand over blood to buy necessary for live foodstuffs. Because of all it, our children are constantly hungry and ill from cold and exhaustion.
Unfortunately, everybody in our country already has reconciled and are sure, that soon all simple people as we will die from starvation, and our mad politicians will continue to play in the silly political games.
Therefore, we, due to a service opportunity of access in the Internet and hopeless situation have decided apply to you with request to help us with food-stuffs, warmth clothes or money so that we could buy food-stuffs and things of primary necessity for our children here.
Please note that because of starvation, we need mostly the following:
a. Dried food
b. Canned food
c. Multivitamins
d. Chocolate
e. Coffee and tea
Also we need clothes and shoes. Now the weather here is very cold. Therefore we need warmth men clothes which are sizes L and XL. We need these big sizes as our children and we will be dressing under these clothes our old clothes. It will allow constantly being in heat. The men shoes we need are the sizes 44 - 45.
