| El tema *Biografía* parece
suscitar, una vez más, interrogantes a los historiadores. En
los cortos mensajes que han circulado al respecto se señalan
algunos de ellos (p.ej. qué separa una *cronología* de una
*biografía*). Para que la circulación de los mensajes se
convierta en un verdadero intercambio sería bueno intervenir
haciendo referencia a trabajos concretos en los cuales se
discuten distintas interpretaciones sobre la biografía. Podemos
recordar, como punto de comienzo, que en las Actas del 17
Congreso Internacional de Ciencias Históricas (publicadas en
Madrid, 1992) y en las de Historia a Debate I hay contribuciones
sobre el tema.

In order to answer the article of Horst Kurnitzky.
I think that the zapatista movement of the natives of Chiapas, must have another less maniqueo and manipulating processing. First the right refuses to believe in "paraiso terrenal" to the zapatistas. It is to say to neither nationalism nor internationalism, but all the opposite. What he has been ominous has been the colonialismo, well outside endogenous character (but of one hundred years of priísta and exogenous corrupt oligarchy (the interests of the great brother of the north to which it serves that oligarchy. And the revolt of Chiapas, is a great revolution, that has shown, at least, the existence and the presence of human beings until then ignored. To look for the origins and the genealogies, sometimes supposes a concealment exercise. All we descend from some "pecador". For that reason it is the attitude which matters. and the example of dignity and revolt of the people led by Marks is so historical, as incontrovertible. And, it is but, an example for the divided into dozens oligarchies of the South, and the opulent democracies of the North. They have demonstrated that without voice they have voice, and is present at physics and moral high altitude, from which observe us the tiny asignadores of epítetos. Alive Chiapas, Lives the EZLN. Para contestar al artículo de Horst Kurnitzky. Pienso que el movimiento zapatista de los indígenas de Chiapas, debe tener otro tratamiento menos maniqueo y manipulador. Primero se niega el derecho a creer en "el paraiso terrenal" a los zapatistas. ¿Con que derecho? Con el derecho manipulador y mas que discutible de una "¡mayoría!" que vive en las ciudades, en condiciones de alienación no sólo económica sino también moral y que no ha rechazado, sino al contrario, ha acogida a los zapatistas. Todo el artículo me parece una enorme manipulación. Pueden sucederse los epítetos "maoista", "polpotiano" ¿Tienen algo que ver ambos sino que parten de una misma miseria y opresión? pero la manipulación adquiere caracteres épicos cuando por un lado se niega la importación de ideologías importadas y por otro el totalitarismo étnico. Es decir ni nacionalismo ni internacionalismo, sino todo lo contrario. Lo que ha sido nefasto ha sido el colonialismo, bien fuera de caracter endógeno (mas de cien años de oligarquía corrupta priísta y exógeno (los intereses del gran hermano del norte a los que sirve esa oligarquía. Y la revuelta de Chiapas, es una gran revolución, que ha puesto de manifiesto, por lo menos, la existencia y la presencia de seres humanos hasta entonces ignorados. Buscar los orígenes y las genealogías, a veces supone un ejercicio de ocultación. Todos descendemos de algún "pecador". Por eso es la actitud lo que importa. y el ejemplo de dignidad y rebeldía de las gentes lideradas por Marcos es tan histórico, como incontrovertible. Y, es mas, un ejemplo para las adocenadas oligarquías del Sur, y las opulentas democracias del Norte. Han demostrado que los sin voz tienen voz, y presencia física y gran altura moral, desde la que nos observan a los diminutos asignadores de epítetos. Viva Chiapas, Viva el EZLN. Gabriel Zurbano
