Accepting and valuing this in its measured joust we could also evaluate the arrival of the PAN and to advance a prognosis for the future, but, for want of a direct observation, I have to limit to me to formulate questions that to inevitably come me at the top whenever I read a new feat of Fox Populist tries his policy clearly to content to all, how he will solve the problems of certain sectors (indigenous, pobres)sin to attack the interests of others, he would sacrifice the aids of the international organisms, like the IMF and OMC, in exchange for introducing a social policy it jeopardize more with the desfavorecidos ones, it would be possible that the figure of the cacique was perpetuated, agglutinating now around the PAN?... and, finally, a desperate question they can, really, the governments, to act independently of the directives that the owners of the globalización mark. The intentions can be very good, but with internal and external pressures they are difficult to materialize that Fox meets with the zapatistas, for example, although indicates an attitude dialogue like, does not imply the improvement of the real situation of all the indigenous population of Mexico, improvement that would happen through one complete reconstruction of the social relations and the social policy; an increase of the social cost could be with the opposition of certain sectors, and the same one would happen if they are gotten to indeed proweave the areas of indigenous poblamiento, that at the moment include zones of forest operated by the coffee industry and coastal areas occupied by hotels. como lo pintan?...y es que, desde la llegada del señor Fox a la presidencia del país, las noticias que nos llegan parecen hablar de algo así como una mano mágica que solucionará (en un futuro no sé si determinado) los problemas económicos, sociales y políticos que México lleva arrastrando desde hace tiempo. Tras 71 años de dictadura priísta resulta perfectamente comprensible dejarse llevar por el entusiasmo; es innegable, además, que junto con el PRI ha caído un anquilosado sistema de redes clientelares y una estructura de represión que pretendía impedir la oposición política en el país. Aceptando y valorando esto en su justa medida podríamos evaluar también la llegada del PAN y avanzar un pronóstico para el futuro, pero, a falta de una observación directa, he de limitarme a formular cuestiones que inevitablemente me vienen a la cabeza cada vez que leo una nueva proeza de Fox ¿pretende su política claramente populista contentar a todos?, ¿cómo solucionará los problemas de ciertos sectores (indígenas,pobres)sin atacar los intereses de otros?,¿sacrificaría las ayudas de los organismos internacionales, como FMI y OMC, a cambio de introducir una política social más comprometida con los desfavorecidos?,¿sería posible que la figura del cacique se perpetuase, aglutinándose ahora alrededor del PAN?...y, por último, una pregunta desesperada ¿pueden, realmente, los gobiernos, actuar independientemente de las directrices que marcan los dueños de la globalización?. Los propósitos pueden ser muy buenos, pero con presiones internas y externas son difíciles de materializar que Fox se reúna con los zapatistas, por ejemplo, si bien indica una actitud dialogante, no implica la mejora de la situación real de toda la población indígena de México, mejora que pasaría por una completa reestructuración de las relaciones sociales y de la política social; un aumento del gasto social podría encontrarse con la oposición de determinados sectores, y los mismo ocurriría si se llegan a protejer efectivamente las áreas de poblamiento indígena, que incluyen zonas de selva explotadas actualmente por la industria cafetalera y áreas litorales ocupadas por hoteles. Sin duda, es posible avanzar, pero...¿estaría el PAN dispuesto?
