Dear Compañeros I write because I believe that what there am to say can help to clarify this debate. Without ignoring that the traditional schools of the historiography have insisted to us on the impossibility to make an immediate history I want to show my experiences personal. I am investigator and educational of University of Zulia in Venezuela and I take ahead line of investigation denominated Space Public, Militarismo and participation (1998-2001) since beginning the political process which I take to the power to Hugo Chávez we settled down as it puts to systematize the historical knowledge of this dynamics, it made the edition possible of more than seven (7) articles in which it goes of year, near treintapresentaciones, conferences and seminaries as much in Venezuela as outside the country. All it marked by a progressive systematization of historical dynamics, without letting indicate our particular affection by this process, we have occurred to the task of recovering the documents that can serve to analyze the historical conjuncture, in organizing and explaining the causalities of the experienced process, but mainly making a history socila of the ideas from the participation of the popular factor. Historiograficamente we are indicating two vias that they have not been particularly well seen in the Venezuelan historiography 1) the study of recent and 2)la generation of a militant history, that jeopardizes the social sense of the investigator. The dogma of the positista historicismo in Venezuela has generated a production that knowing which it does, ignores the present dynamics of the country, under the arguimentación that violent it of the process her organization makes impossible. Not only let us create that it is possible, but that she is obligee based on our historical and social paper, our commitment is not single like investigators, because in our case the educational factor also is implicit. For that reason I ratify the meaning of the consolidation of immediate history, since they have given well in calling the friends of History to debate is conception of the historical thing. Estimados Compañeros escribo porque creo que lo que he de decir puede ayudar a esclarecer este debate. Sin ignorar que las escuelas tradicionales de la historiografía nos han insistido en la imposibilidad de realizar una historia inmediata quiero manifestar mi experiencias personal. Soy investigador y docente de la Universidad del Zulia en Venezuela y llevo adelante una línea de investigación denominada Espacio Público, Militarismo y participación (1998-2001) desde que se inicio el proceso político que llevo al poder a Hugo Chávez nos establecimos como meta sistematizar el conocimiento histórico de esta dinámica, ello hizo posible la edición de más de siete (7) artículos en los que va de año, cerca de treintapresentaciones, conferencias y seminarios tanto en venezuela como fuera del país. Todo ello marcado por una progresiva sistematización de la dinámica histórica, sin dejar de señalar nuestra particular simpatía por este proceso, nos hemos dado a la tarea de recuperar los documentos que puedan servir para analizar la coyuntura histórica, en organizar y explicar las causalidades del proceso experimentado, pero sobre todo realizar una historia socila de las ideas a partir de la participación del factor popular. Historiograficamente estamos señalando dos vias que no han sido particularmente bien vistas en la historiografía venezolana 1) el estudio de lo reciente y 2)la generación de una historia militante, que comprometa el sentido social del investigador. El dogma del historicismo positista en Venezuela ha generado una producción que a sabiendas de lo que hace, ignora la dinámica actual del país, bajo la arguimentación que lo violento del proceso hace imposible su organización. Creemos no sólo que es posible , sino que es obligante en función de nuestro papel histórico y social, nuestro compromiso no es solo como investigadores, pues en nuestro caso el factor docente también está implícito. Por ello ratifico la significación de la consolidación de la historia inmediata, como bien han dado en llamar los amigos de Historia a debate está concepción de lo histórico. Juan Eduardo Romero
