Although he is doubtless which in Spain more resources than in Uruguay exist many from where I communicate, to arrange, at level of the courses of average education, of the possibilities of Internet I absolutely agree with the points of view of the Prof. Domingo Marrero. To implement such operative device and to maintain it are impossible from the financial point of view. Be this saying without denying, absolutely, the information wealth and communication that this technology provides, simply appears like inapplicable in its equitable extension to all the participants of the educative task. We already know that companies and sectors exist to those who it vividly interests to them to make such businesses, but that, now, is not the center of our consideration. Also I agree with its manifestations with respect to the pedagogical profile, so far, the entailment, communication and interaction, educational-student is central and intransferible. I must write down the following thing, to finalize, the educative system by himself only, it cannot solve the partner-economic and cultural deficiencies of more and more extensive sectors of the population (I speak by my experience); we must know well clearly the objectives of " the national " systems of education, exist agreements on this? (the concept is worth for here and, perhaps... for allá);que it consists, I believe that the studies and application of computer science are necessary but it panacea not to solve the new phenomena of cultural and social character that we are experimenting since the today students are quite different from those from 20 or 30 years back (and the payment from the educational ones, this way, also; by there, I do not know it, but not to forget that I have this wonderful mass media that are computer science and navigation by Internet). For the investigation, I think that about certain areas, specially referred to Economic History and Political extensive contemporary and all his problematic one, I think that the information gathered in Internet, allows to accede to important and quite reliable documentation. Si bien es indudable que en España existen muchos más recursos que en Uruguay desde donde me comunico, para disponer, a nivel de los cursos de enseñanza media, de las posibilidades de Internet coincido absolutamente con los puntos de vista del Prof. Domingo Marrero. Implementar tal dispositivo operativo y mantenerlo resulta imposible desde el punto de vista financiero. Sea esto dicho sin negar, en absoluto, la riqueza de información y comunicación que esta tecnología provee, simplemente aparece como inaplicable en su extensión equitativa a todos los participantes del quehacer educativo. Ya sabemos que existen empresas y sectores a quienes les interesa vivamente realizar tales negocios, pero eso, ahora, no es el centro de nuestra consideración. También coincido con sus manifestaciones respecto al perfil pedagógico, por ahora, la vinculación, comunicación e interacción, docente-alumno es central e intransferible. Debo anotar lo siguiente, para finalizar, el sistema educativo por sí sólo, no puede resolver las carencias socio-económicas y culturales de sectores cada vez más extensos de la población ( hablo por mi experiencia); debemos tener bien claros los objetivos de los sistemas "nacionales" de enseñanza, ¿ existen acuerdos sobre esto? ( el concepto vale para aquí y, tal vez,... para allá);que conste, creo que los estudios y aplicación de la informática son necesarios pero no la panacea para resolver los nuevos fenómenos de carácter cultural y social que estamos experimentando ya que los estudiantes de hoy son bastante diferentes a los de 20 o 30 años atrás ( y la paga de los docentes, por acá, también; por allá, no lo sé, pero no olvidar que dispongo de este maravilloso medio de comunicación que es la informática y la navegación por Internet ¡¡¡). Para la investigación, pienso que en determinadas áreas, especialmente referidas a la Historia Económica y Política contemporánea y toda su extensa problemática, pienso que la información recogida en Internet, permite acceder a documentación importante y bastante confiable.
