Como responsable del Centro de Documentación de la Guerra Civil de Lorca (Murcia), España, he de manifestar la absoluta solidaridad de este Centro con el profesor Raúl Dargoltz en el proceso que se le incoa por investigar y publicar la Historia Inmediata argentina. Somos conscientes de lo que realmente se juega en este juicio, partiendo de la experiencia en relación con la legislación española, no ya durante la dictadura del general Franco, sino en plena democracia en donde, merced a una leyes supuestamente proteccionistas del derecho al Honor, a la intimidad personal y a la propia imagen -leyes promulgadas durante el mandato socialista, por cierto- se ha levantado en la práctica en un muro de protección legal de impunidad, bajo el que se han cobijado decenas de miles de esbirros del Franquismo, implicados en el inmenso aparato represivo que sumió a España en el terror desde 1936 (en las zonas sublevadas contra la República), hasta 1975, año de su muerte, obligando a utilizar siglas o seudónimos para referirse a éllos e -incluso- omiendo estos datos por prevención ante una lluvia de demandas judiciales (que pueden llegar a arruinar la economía del querellado). Aún hoy, a los 62 años de finalizada la guerra y tras 27 años de democracia, publicar un trabajo de historia local en donde aparezcan los nombres de los asesinos fascistas es un ejercicio de valentía y hasta de temeridad, ante los frecuentes casos de querellas por difamación presentadas por los implicados o sus familiares, con graves consecuencias para los historiadores los cuàles, en una parte importante de los casos, solo disponen del testimonios orales, al haber sido prudentemente destruídas las pruebas documentales tras la caída del régimen dictatorial, con la pasividad connivente de quiénes protagonizaron la "prudentísima" (y hasta cobarde) transición democrática. Ahora es tiempo en la América Austral para rescatar la historia de las infamias golpistas. No es tarde todavía para desenmascarar a los criminales de sus propios compatriotas, para dejar testimonio escrito de que se puede matar a las personas, pero no a la memoria. Por respeto a las víctimas, a sus familias, a los ciudadanos y a la propia Historia de Argentina, que se pretende hurtar al conocimiento de las generaciones venideras. Un fuerte y solidario abrazo desde España al profesor Dargoltz y a todos los valientes historiadores e investigadores argentinos y una llamada a la conciencia y al patriotismo de la Justicia de aquel país, que ha de pronunciarse entre el derecho a difundir la Verdad o la iniquidad de silenciarla, haciéndose -en ese caso- cómplice de quiénes sellaron para siempre la conciencia viva de los disidentes. Realmente algo conocía de la situación que me describes y es importante que salga a la luz, porque me parece, no soy quien para opinar, que de "Esto no se habla". Este fue el titulo de un film argentino de hace unos años, que me quedó muy gravado.La protagonista, la dueña del pueblo, prohibe que se hable del enanismo de su única hija, que es considerada o vista por todo el pueblo, como absolutamente normal. Hasta que llega un extranjero, magnificamente interpretado por Marcello Mastroianni, que se enamora de la enana,ante la sorpresa de todos. El final es muy sugestivo. La enana abandona al apuesto extranjero y se va con un circo que pasa por el pueblo. En A. Latina y por cierto tambien en el viejo mundo, hay temas prohibidos, que no quieren hablarse. Y piensan que al no tratarse ellos dejaran de existir. Antes que explotó el tema, sobre la deuda externa solo hablábamos unos cuantos.Historia inmediata, bueno, mejor no hacerla, es comprometerse. Recuerdo que en Cáceres, Extremadura, en el año 1999, un profesor de historia del secundario(el segundo ciclo) me comentó que él enseñaba sobre los crímenes del franquismo en sus clases y le cayeron los padres y las autoridades y lo silenciaron obligatoriamente.Quedó solo en medio de todos sus colegas.
