Dear friends and friends of HaD We have the taste to announce that they are possible to be consulted already in the Web resultados cuantitativos y gráficos of the Survey the International " The State of history ". The survey was directed by postal mail to 30,000 colleagues worldwide, of who 605 historians responded, to a large extent in 1999, although the survey could later be executed in the Web of HaD. We want to be thankful to all those that have collaborated in this ambitious project, answering the long list of questions or facilitating directions. The names of the collaborating organizations and the historians and historians who have covered the survey are already in the Web and we will spread them next by the list. We know that he was not far from easy to answer the subjects of the survey, required knowledge of historiography, time and desire. Queridos amigos y amigas de HaD Tenemos el gusto de anunciar que se pueden consultar ya en la web los resultados cuantitativos y gráficos de la Encuesta Internacional "El estado de la historia". El procesamiento de los datos fue realizado principalmente por Israel Sanmartín, Ignacio Abal y Pablo Chaves. La encuesta fue dirigida por correo postal a 30.000 colegas de todo el mundo, de los cuales respondieron 605 historiadores, en su mayor parte en el año 1999, si bien la encuesta pudo ser cumplimentada posteriormente en la web de HaD. Queremos agradecer a todos los que han colaborado en este ambicioso proyecto, contestando la larga lista de preguntas o facilitando direcciones. Los nombres de las entidades colaboradoras y de los historiadores e historiadoras que han cubierto la encuesta están ya en la web y los difundiremos a continuación por la lista. Sabemos que no fue nada fácil contestar a los temas de la encuesta, requería conocimientos de historiografía, tiempo y ganas. Tan elevado número de respuestas es, por si mismo, una experiencia inédita en un medio académico y social que fomenta el interés individual más estrecho. Una muestra más de los cambios que, en favor de proyectos colectivos, se están produciendo en el mundo, y de lo que HaD es síntoma, consecuencia y causa. Los porcentajes y gráficos reflejan el estado de opinión sobre la escritura de la historia, entre finales del siglo XX y principios del siglo XXI, del sector de la historiografía internacional más interesado por los problemas del oficio de historiador, y por consiguiente más decisivo en su resolución. Una laboriosa experiencia, sin precedentes en la historia mundial de la historiografía, que nos proporciona pues una referencia indispensable, por su objetividad respecto de los tradicionales análisis impresionistas, individuales y nacionales, para comprender el cambio de paradigmas en curso. Difudiremos las opiniones que surjan sobre los ricos, y a veces sorprendentes, datos sobre el estado de nuestra disciplina, a través de la lista y la web, sin menoscabo de posteriores análisis más profundos vinculados especialmente al Manifiesto 2001, los debates en red o los congresos de HaD.
