We wished that the failure of the correctional judge nº 12 of Buenos Aires, Raul García, the 26 of February contributes to restore the confidence of the Argentineans and international the public opinion in Argentine justice. El juez del increíble proceso iniciado por un político corrupto contra Raúl Dargoltz, en el ejercicio de su trabajo de investigador, ha aplazado por tercera vez el juicio, fijado ahora para el 26 de febrero a las 9 horas en Tribunales.Estos continuos aplazamientos nos llenan de inquietud porque coinciden con la insurgencia de la opinión pública argentina contra la corrupción de la justicia, incluyendo el Gobierno Duhalde en lo que respecta a la Corte Suprema. Deseamos que el fallo del juez correccional nº 12 de Buenos Aires, Raúl García, el 26 de febrero contribuya a restablecer la confianza de los argentinos y de la opinión pública internacional en la justicia argentina.El aval de los académicos solidarios al historiador de Santiago del Estero, las nuevas pruebas documentales que han conseguido Raúl y sus abogados justificando todas y cada una de las afirmaciones que en su libro y sus fuentes se hacen contra el corrupto Brevetta, hacen legalmente imposible cualquier fallo judicial que no sea exculpatorio. LLamamos a todos los historiadores a redoblar la solidaridad académica y humana con Raúl Dargoltz en defensa de las libertades de expresión, cátedra e investigación, firmando la carta de Historia a Debate y acompañando -los que vivan en la capital de Argentina- a nuestro colega y amigo el próximo 26 de febrero en Tribunales, siguiendo el ejemplo de Hilda Agostino y otros/as colegas.
