HaD thanks for to Wilfredo Kapsoli and Cristina Flórez, as well as to Pedro Jacinto, César Espinosa, Liliana Regalado, Fernando Rosas, Elisa Miguens and Ernesto Pajares (members of the network and fimantes, in its majority, of the Manifesto of HaD), the made effort to organize our stay in Lima, during week 7-15 of December of 2001, in order to present/display our historiográfico movement, to make a meeting of HaD and to narrow relations with the Universities Ricardo Palma (directed by the humanist Iván Rodriguez), San Marcos, Lima and Pontifical Catholic. Activities in which, also, Alfonso Klauer, Juan Gargurevich, Dora Bazan, Teodoro Hampe, Mabel Munoz and Eduardo participated Vargas, among other colleagues. In Peru we have learned immediate history and we have verified how the office of historian in often difficult conditions is exerted (according to European estandar), like so many times in Latin America, on the part of alive communities of historians who animate and enrich our intercontinental debates and academic interchanges. Actividades en las que, asimismo, participaron Alfonso Klauer, Juan Gargurevich, Dora Bazán, Teodoro Hampe, Mabel Muñoz y Eduardo Vargas, entre otros colegas. En Perú hemos aprendido historia inmediata y hemos comprobado cómo se ejerce el oficio de historiador en condiciones a menudo difíciles (según el estandar europeo), como tantas veces en América Latina, por parte de comunidades vivas de historiadores que animan y enriquecen nuestros debates e intercambios académicos intercontinentales. The dignity of that they are hungry is as great as the same one, and requested to be treated like people that was not the form to give, throwing it as a bone to a dog is thrown to him, " we only want work, we do not want alms ". Within the desperation that was the town the one that spoke and I consider that the town is not mistaken. For that reason everything what we are living is a great process of transformation, because the Argentine society finally said is enough. Each one from its place was pronounced. My district, Villa Crespo, in total capital was shouting, applauding, striking casseroles and it did not matter that outside, old, mothers with small children, the retailer of the corner or the professional of the return, without differences all we were there. I hope that finally those that direct our destinies become aware that already are enough, coarse of impunity, coarse of rich politicians and poor, coarse town of egoísmo. I believe that we have an historical opportunity to redirect our country we only needed that the deafness of the Argentine politica class is cured with the shouts of the town. Long ago I follow the debates, but never I animated myself to write, like history professor that I am, but fundamentally as citizen it jeopardize with the reality of my country I could not let express my feelings in this forum of debate. Después del discurso el ahora ex presidente De la Rua pronunció,nos autoconvocamos en todos los rincones de la capital en un cacerolazo que se sintió como la voz de un pueblo que dijo finalmente basta. Las imágenes de los saqueos y de la gente pidiendo comida ha quedado en la retina de todos aquellos que presenciamos esos acontecimientos. Es cierto que se mezclaron la rabia y la impotencia cuando los que querían evitar ser saqueados tiraban la comida en el piso de la calle y la gente se agolpaba rompiendo los paquetes de harina o arroz. La dignidad de aquellos que tienen hambre es tan grande como el mismo, y pedían ser tratados como personas que no era la forma de dar, arrojándola como se le arroja un hueso a un perro, "sólo queremos trabajo, no queremos limosna". Dentro de la desesperación ese era el pueblo el que hablaba y considero que el pueblo no se equivoca. Por eso todo lo que estamos viviendo es un gran proceso de transformación, pues la sociedad argentina finalmente dijo basta. Cada uno desde su lugar se manifestó. Mi barrio, Villa Crespo, en plena capital se encontró gritando, aplaudiendo, golpeando cacerolas y no importaba quien fuera, ancianos, madres con niños pequeños, el comerciante de la esquina o el profesional de la vuelta, sin diferencias todos estábamos allí. Espero que finalmente los que dirigen nuestros destinos tomen conciencia que ya basta, basta de impunidad, basta de políticos ricos y pueblo pobre, basta de egoísmo. Creo que tenemos una oportunidad histórica de reencauzar nuestra país sólo necesitamos que la sordera de la clase politica argentina sea curada con los gritos del pueblo. Hace mucho tiempo sigo los debates, pero nunca me animé a escribir, como profesora de historia que soy, pero fundamentalmente como ciudadana comprometida con la realidad de mi país no pude dejar de expresar mis sentimientos en este foro de debate. Queridos amigos Tuve la suerte de ver los dias 19 y 20 de diciembre al SANTAGUEÑAZO NACIONAL. Vi los rostros de esa multitud sin rostros ni nombres que por fin rompió su silencio de siglos. Y alli, como diría Scalabrini Ortiz describiendo el 17 de octubre de 1945, estaba yo parado como uno "cualquiera y sabiendo que era uno cualquiera". Durante El Santiagueñazo del 16/12/93, no estuve presente. Y aún me lamento porque ese día la historia me pasó por el frente y no la vi con mis ojos. Este diciembre del 2.001 y gracias al juicio que me hacen por haber contado aquel diciembre del 93 en mi provincia, pude mirar con asombro y emoción nuevamente el Santiagueñazo nacional. Abollamos las cacerolas, enronquecimos nuestras gargantas y aplaudimos enrojeciendo nuestras palmas, lloramos por los gases que nos arrojó la policia federal represora,y por los 27 compañeros que cayeron para siempre, por no resignarse a ser simples esclavos. Terminamos con un superministro del FMI y un presidente cobarde que huyó en helicóptero y que desde el aire, como siempre, contempló una ciudad incendiada. Claro que la historia no será ya la misma. Fui testigo,y voy a contar esa historia que esta vez si tuve la suerte de ver. Seguramente seré y seremos juzgados de nuevo, porque los mismos personajes corruptos,los mismos que fueron quemados, saqueados y vituperados, durante el Santiagueñazo y este nuevo "Santiagueñazo Nacional" son hoy gobierno.Y nosotros no nos quedaremos callados. Pero no importa.Hoy sonreimos satisfechos. Ellos saben muy bien que tendrán que cuidarse muy bien para no volver a huir en helicopteros y volar por los aires. El Juicio del Santiagueñazo, gracias al Santiagueñazo Nacional y a las ironías de la historia, fue suspendido para el 11 de febrero del próximo año. Volveré a Tribunales, una vez màs. Pero estoy seguro que la historia ya no será la misma. Esta noche de Paz y Reflexion brindaré con ustedes, mis queridos amigos, por esta hermosa gesta que acaba de nacer."Los dolores que nos quedan son las libertades que nos faltan" Con alegría, con emoción y con toda mi esperanza.
