To extend the academic base of the Manifesto and to decentralize the activities of our extensive network are therefore objective fundamental for the next months and years. HaD is a young historiográfico movement, with more future than past, that the victory obtained in the Dargoltz campaign serves to us as stimulus to continue doing history... of the historiography. El juició se postergó una y otra vez hasta el pasado 26 de febrero. El 6 de marzo conocimos alborozados el fallo del juzgado nº 12 habíamos ganado. Es la hora pues de las felicitaciones, del balance y de la perspectiva. En primer lugar, felicitar a Raúl -y a su familia- por mantenerse firme como persona e historiador, y creernos cuando le decíamos en Galerías Pacífico que si no sacábamos su caso a la luz estaríamos perdidos. Hoy tenemos datos para saber que, de celebrarse el juicio en aquel momento, la sentencia hubiese sido condenatoria. Felicitar, asimismo, al abogado Damian Loretti que supo defender brillantemente como libertad de prensa lo que para nosotros es, además, libertad de cátedra y de investigación. Felicitar a Hilda Agostino -y familia- por representar a la red académica internacional HaD en el teatro y el juzgado de la Capital Federal con coraje, desoyendo el bienintencionado -aunque exagerado- consejo de "no te metás". Felicitar a los 233 historiadores del mundo que avalaron académica, judicial y humanamente a Raúl firmando con nombre, apellido e institución. el documento de HaD. Muy especialmente a los colegas de las 26 universidades argentinas que dieron -digitalmente- la cara por nuestro colega y amigo de la universidad de Santiago del Estero; pero también a los historiadores firmantes de las 13 universidades españolas y otras universidades latinoamericas, europeas y norteamericanas. Felicitar al juez Raúl García por haber hecho justicia en el caso Dargoltz, por posicionarse en favor de la libertad de expresión y de investigación histórica ("En suma, dicha publicación -dice el fallo- no mostró otra cosa que el relato de hechos antiguos y modernos citándose incluso las fuentes de tal investigación"), y por hacernos entrever que otra justicia es posible en la República Argentina si el pueblo y la academia siguen presionando. El éxito de esta campaña de Academia Solidaria, no sólo consolida HaD como una suerte de "Historiadores sin fronteras", muestra también que es posible una Historia Inmediata seria y rigurosa, nos recuerda que las cuestiones historiográficas que no se pueden plantear al margen de los contextos históricos actuales y que esta manera nuestra, innovadora y comprometida, de entender el oficio de historiador no puede realizarse de forma individualista, al margen de la globalización positiva que nosotros representamos. ¿Quién podía pensar que desde Santiago de Compostela y otros lugares remotos, a través de Internet, podíamos animar la solidaridad con Dargoltz por toda Argentina, llevar su caso a la prensa escrita de Buenos Aires, Rosario y Santiago del Estero, al Congreso de la Nación argentina, al propio acto de juicio y, además, ganar? Seamos, pues, conscientes de la enorme fuerza del nuevo tipo de comunidad académica que estamos construyendo, pero no ignoremos las insuficiencias. La campaña con Raúl nos ha enseñado que la solidaridad digital no es suficiente alguién tiene que coordinar sobre el terreno (debemos confesar que vivimos con cierta inquietud las reiteradas ausencias porteñas en las convocatorias que hicimos en Tribunales...). Conclusión hay que organizar más y mejor HaD como tendencia historiográfica. Hemos llegado a esta conclusión colegas de 17 países casi al mismo tiempo. El Grupo Manifiesto crece. Se ha multiplicado ya por cinco el número de firmantes de nuestro documento "programático" del 11 de setiembre, desmitiendo lugares comunes sobre la fragmentación de nuestra disciplina. El GM se está transformando en la columna vertebral de HaD, con la particularidad que sus componentes asumimos, en mayor o menor grado, un compromiso historiográfico activo. En Argentina, México y Venezuela se empieza a plantear ya la posibilidad de organizar actividades que lleven a la formación de grupos nacionales de HaD. Ampliar la base académica del Manifiesto y descentralizar las actividades de nuestra extensa red son por consiguiente objetivos fundamentales para los próximos meses y años. HaD es un movimiento historiográfico joven, con más futuro que pasado, que la victoria conseguida en la campaña Dargoltz nos sirva de estímulo para seguir haciendo historia... de la historiografía.
