Congratulations first of all by the level of this debate. Thorny it debates this that we entered, and that surely will give much of which to speak. At the moment a strong academic controversy exists, and even, because not to say it, professional, to focus the work that lately exerts the historians inside what we called the international present time (or national, according to watches itself). Personally it could comment the diverse problems that I have had to process a work of investigation which recently I presented/displayed on the international present time and that carried to me more of a problem in the academic scope in which I have moved, and not only in which we could consider like Department of History (the people of Right, Policy or Journalism have much to say). Centering to me again in the debate I create firmly that historiadors not only has to work and to investigate on near chronological facts, but that it even has to act like " futurólogo " within which it is possible. That this affirmation is dangerous, but I create firmly that in spite of the difficulties as much of access to documentation, like the own historical perspective, they do not have because to prevent the work of a historian that is basically the analysis of facts, for my presents or passed. Here we would enter to debate what is present and what it is past, but in both cases the factor time could be synonymous of historical event, or for weeks, months or several centuries I repeat, knowing our own limitations I do not see disadvantage in working on which we called immediate history. Felicidades ante todo por el nivel de este debate. Espinoso debate este en el que entramos, y que seguro dará mucho de que hablar. Actualmente existe una fuerte controversia académica, e incluso, porque no decirlo, profesional, para enfocar el trabajo que últimamente ejercen los historiadores dentro lo que llamamos actualidad internacional (o nacional, según se mire). Personalmente podría comentar los diversos problemas que he tenido para elaborar un trabajo de investigación que recientemente presenté sobre actualidad internacional y que me acarreó más de un problema en el ámbito académico en el que me he movido, y no sólo en lo que podríamos considerar como Departamento de Historia (la gente de Derecho, Política o Periodismo tienen mucho que decir). Centrándome de nuevo en el debate creo firmemente que un historiadors no sólo ha de trabajar e investigar sobre hechos cronológicos cercanos, sino que incluso ha de actuar como "futurólogo" dentro de lo que sea posible. Se que es arriesgada esta afirmación, pero creo firmemente que a pesar de las dificultades tanto de acceso a documentación, como la propia perspectiva histórica, no tienen porque impedir el trabajo de un historiador que es básicamente el análisis de unos hechos, para mi presentes o pasados. Aquí entraríamos a debatir qué es presente y qué es pasado, pero en ambos casos el factor tiempo podría ser sinónimo de acontecimiento histórico, ya sea hace unas semanas, unos meses o varios siglos Repito, conociendo nuestras propias limitaciones no veo inconveniente en trabajar sobre lo que llamamos historia inmediata.
