Dear Roberto I am not authorized for responderte by the university Professors, so that I am not it. But it consists to me that by no means they have those additional benefits that you mention. As far as the Professors of secondary and tertiary (who perhaps interest you to compare), I tell you that in Secondary and with 22 years of antiguedad (collection 120% more than what an initial Professor receives) my 180 wage it is of u$s by 18 hours weekly of class and in tertiary 60 are u$s monthly by 8 hours weekly. And nothing else. Without no additional benefit, except for social works that work when they want....y poquito. This is the reality in Argentina. Perhaps the university Professors for informarte write..... but in any case it seems that Chavez bets to the education. This way, for too much time no government has been betting for that reason, must consider it exotic... or perhaps better something, and to be clearer they apply the old principle of which the more beasts the more easy to lead, and therefore, every time drain the more the educative budget and, therefore, our wages. We have become disposable material, does more than 10 years that we perceived the same wage with an inflation that already nor I decide to me exactly but it must walk by 300%..., but received in fact this way like all, and being thankful that we have work. So the case of teachers and professors is frequent who in the middle of month cannot become position of their classes so that they do not have like paying the bus... Estimado Roberto no estoy autorizada para responderte por los Profesores universitarios, por que no lo soy. Pero me consta que ni por asomo tienen esos beneficios adicionales que mencionas. En cuanto a los Profesores de secundaria y terciaria (que tal vez te interesen para comparar), te cuento que en Secundaria y con 22 años de antiguedad (cobro el 120% más de lo que cobra un Profesor inicial) mi salario es de 180 u$s por 18 horas semanales de clase y en terciaria son 60 u$s mensuales por 8 horas semanales. Y nada más.Sin ningún beneficio adicional, salvo obras sociales que funcionan cuando quieren....y poquito. Esta es la realidad en Argentina. Tal vez escriban los Profesores universitarios para informarte..... pero en todo caso parece que Chavez apuesta a la educación. Por acá, hace demasiado tiempo que ningún gobierno apuesta por eso, deben considerarlo algo exótico tal vez... o mejor, y para ser más clara aplican el viejo principio de que cuanto más bestias más fáciles de conducir, y por tanto, cada vez achican más el presupuesto educativo y, por ende, nuestros salarios. Nos hemos convertido en material descartable, hace más de 10 años que percibimos el mismo salario con una inflación que ya ni me acuerdo exactamente pero debe andar por los 300%..., pero cobramos como todos en realidad por aquí, y agradeciendo que tenemos trabajo. Así que es frecuente el caso de maestros y profesores que a mediados de mes no pueden hacerse cargo de sus clases por que no tienen como pagarse el autobús...
